Plan your collection in Shooters Hill – SE18

For a collection in Shooters Hill – SE18, give us the full addresses at both ends and the time when the goods can be released. Name the receiving contact and check the destination opening hours. A location page does not establish a local office or a guaranteed collection slot; availability is checked for the actual route and date.

Check the packaged load

Describe the goods in the condition in which they will travel. Include packing in the dimensions and combined weight, and identify fragile finishes or items that cannot be stacked. The largest rigid piece, door clearance and safe handling can determine suitability before the total volume does. Ask for the proposed vehicle and help to be confirmed.

Access and timing

A postcode does not describe the handover. Add the correct entrance, unit number, receiving reference and any required appointment. Describe stairs and carrying distance at both addresses, and agree who supplies the necessary help. Pass changes through the nominated contact before the van is dispatched rather than relying on instructions discovered only on arrival.
