Can you deliver to an exhibition venue?
Send the venue rules, loading entrance, delivery slot and inventory. The team will check the requirements and availability before confirming the job.
Can you collect after the event as well?
Include the collection date, pack-down time, loading location and return destination in your enquiry. The return journey must be agreed separately as part of the plan.
Is stand assembly or event set-up included?
Transport does not automatically include assembly, installation or specialist set-up. Discuss any additional assistance before booking.
What if the organiser changes our loading slot?
Tell the team as soon as you know. A changed window may affect availability or the agreed plan and needs confirmation.
